1- Owner and general terms and conditions

These General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, govern the purchase conditions of the different products offered on the website owned by DAMERIK S.L., a Spanish company with Tax ID B17571589 and address at C/ Onyar 75-81, Pol Ind Polingesa, 17457 Riudellots, Girona.

Users who make purchases on fully accept these terms and conditions and will be bound by them as if they were drafted at the time of purchase. The GTC must be read and accepted prior to the purchase of any product via

DAMERIK S.L. reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time without prior notice. The GTC will always be accessible from the website, so that the user can consult or print them at any time.

Products may only be purchased at by persons over 18 years of age with sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

2- Purchase procedure

The purchase process is very simple, through 3 easy steps:

  • Select: choose the desired product, click on it, and you will see a detailed description of the product, reviews from other users as well as similar products. If you decide to buy it, you will see the shopping cart on the same screen.
  • Purchase: once in the shopping cart, add the product to the basket and you can complete your purchase here or continue shopping, provided as it exceeds €15. If you decide to finalise your purchase here, click on "complete order" and a form will appear for you to provide us with your details. If this is the first time you are shopping on our website, you must fill in all the requested data and if you have already bought something previously, you only need to fill in the fields requested for "existing customer".
  • Confirmation: once you have identified yourself, all that remains is to confirm the order and choose the method of payment.

Upon completion of your order, you will be sent an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order and specifying all the details of your order, such as the chosen payment method or delivery address. If you notice an error in the address indicated or in any other part of the order, you must notify us immediately at so that the error can be corrected.

3- Prices and period of validity of the offer

No The prices of the products shown on the website include sale tax for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. However, the customer will be able to see the details of the VAT applied in the order confirmation.

The prices and conditions shown are those valid at any given time, and are only valid for the current session.

For products destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the price indicated does not include those taxes and duties which, in accordance with their tax regime, are applicable and which must be borne directly by the customer.

4- Payment methods


    Eurekakids, in its aim to always offer the maximum security guarantees to its customers, has established a partnership with the provider MULTISAFEPAY.
    With MULTISAFEPAY's technology, we offer maximum payment guarantees at all levels, as the connections are encrypted and undecipherable, guaranteeing all our customers that their payment is absolutely secure.
    In some cases, depending on the payment method selected, the name MULTISAFEPAY may appear on your bank statement, as payments are managed by this platform.

  • Payment by credit card and other local methods:


    The customer may choose to pay for the transaction by credit card at the time of placing the order. Visa and Mastercard are accepted, as well as other cards.
    The amount of your purchase will be charged to your account at the time of ordering through our payment system partner: MULTISAFEPAY, so this name may appear on your bank statement.
    The site uses the system known as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), a payment system in a secure environment as it allows the encryption of the information transmitted during the transaction, ensuring its confidentiality.
    Depending on the country in which you make the purchase, different payment options will appear.
  • By Paypal:
    If you choose this payment method, once the purchase is completed, you will be redirected to the official Paypal website where you can make the payment using your Paypal account or by credit card without the need, in the latter case, to have a Paypal account (there you can see all the cards we accept).

    Once payment has been successfully completed, your order will be completed and an email will be sent with a summary of your purchase. By clicking on the "Back to website" button", you will return to the website to view the order and print it.

  • By Pay Later:

    This payment method allows you to pay in instalments starting from €80

5- Shipping costs and delivery times

Orders are delivered by the SEUR freight company to the address indicated by the customer when placing the order.

The exact cost of shipping will always be indicated at the time of purchase, and may be free for special promotions if so determined.

In the case of shipments to countries other than Spain or outside the European Union, the cost of transport will vary depending on the country, and will depend on factors such as the destination, characteristics of the object purchased etc. but will be specified in the shopping cart, always before finalising the order.

Once the product has left our warehouse (orders cannot always leave the warehouse the same day the order is placed) the delivery time in the peninsula will be 24 / 48 BUSINESS Hours (Monday to Friday), except for orders to be delivered in towns very far from urban centres or with difficult access, in which case the delivery time could be longer than 72 business hours.

Some products may have a different delivery time. To find out the delivery time for a specific product, please consult the product's data sheet.

The customer shall be liable for customs costs and associated taxes according to the destination of receipt of the order. The carrier may charge customs duties and/or taxes on delivery of the order depending on the country of delivery.

In any case, you can track the status of the order (in process, invoiced, cancelled) from the "MY ACCOUNT" area of the website.

If at the time of delivery you are not present at the indicated address, the transport company will leave a notice so that you can contact them and arrange a new delivery date and time.

If at the time of delivery, without the need to handle the shipment packaging or the product itself, it is clearly and visibly apparent that a product has defects caused by transport damage or that there is an error in the goods received, the customer must state this on the delivery note and notify DAMERIK S.L. within 24 hours (by fax +34 972 46 22 97 or e-mail to the address in order to be able to request the return of the product or products affected and proceed to replace them with another in optimum conditions or, alternatively, to refund the price paid for the same, as indicated in said fax or e-mail. It should also be noted that once the order has been invoiced, any change in the delivery address will be subject to an additional cost by the transport company outside Eurekakids.

If you refuse the order for any reason beyond the control of Eurekakids, the shipping and handling costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.

6- Management and handling costs

The management and handling costs are those that are generated from the time the order is placed until it leaves our facilities (storage, picking, order control, telephone and computer support, order handling and delivery to the carrier).

If you reject the order for any reason beyond the control of Eurekakids, we will not refund the handling costs, as these are only refundable if the product is defective.

7- Warranty

If the product is defective, the vendor shall proceed, as applicable, to repair, replace, reduce the price or terminate the contract, which shall be free of charge for the consumer and user. The vendor is liable for any non-conformity that becomes apparent within two years of delivery.

8- Right of withdrawal

In compliance with current legislation, the user has the right of withdrawal for 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

The customer may exercise this right without having to explain the reason for his decision, without penalty.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must complete and send the withdrawal form. You can access the withdrawal form on the website under "Customer Service - Withdrawal Form", in the "Returns Policy - Warranty Policy" or via the following link: withdrawal form.

For the purpose of determining whether the right of withdrawal has been exercised in time, the date of despatch as recorded by the postal/shipping service shall be taken into account

In order for the exercise of this right to be valid, it is essential that the users return the order together with the withdrawal form within 14 calendar days of communicating their wish to exercise their right of withdrawal. Partial product returns will not be accepted in the event that the purchase is a price promotion or discount for the purchase of a set of articles. The customer undertakes to keep the products in question in perfect condition until the time of shipment. Once this period has passed and if you have not notified us of said decision, no returns shall be admitted.

The return of the products must be carried out in accordance with the return options indicated in section 10 below.

Once received the withdrawal form and the product(s) in the conditions set out above, the product price and any shipping costs shall be reimbursed within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the withdrawal of the customer.

In the event that the customer sends the product(s) via option c) in section 10 "Return Options", the refund period is subject to receipt of the product(s) by Eurekakids.

The right of withdrawal may not be exercised in the following cases:

  • The product or its packaging are not in good condition
  • The product is not whole, accessories are missing, or it has been handled and/or is broken.
  • Products that, according to current regulations, sound recordings, videos, discs and the like, customised products or those that for reasons of hygiene or other reasons are not returnable.
  • There are missing accessories, instructions or any other documentation
  • If the return period has passed
  • The sales receipt and delivery packaging are not provided

  • There are missing accessories, instructions or any other documentation
  • If the return period has passed
